Each Player is permitted to hold a single Account only. From time to time, 88gbk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total wagers of Rp 2.000.000 to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless specified otherwise:
Bonus Funds that are not utilised within 30 calendar days of being credited to a Player's Account will expire and be forfeited without notice. Wagering requirements must also be completed within this 30-day window.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or close an Account where it determines — at its sole and reasonable discretion — that a Player has abused the bonus system. A bet is only confirmed and binding once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player. Bets placed during a technical outage or where no confirmation is received are not considered valid and will not be honoured.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a bet are those in force at the precise moment the bet is confirmed, not the odds displayed at the time the Player initiated the bet selection.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) are available on eligible sportsbook markets. Each leg of a mix parlay must be confirmed independently, and a void on any single leg will result in the remaining legs being treated as a reduced accumulator per the applicable sportsbook rules. Minimum odds per leg and minimum/maximum selections per mix parlay ticket are specified within the sportsbook interface.
Bets may be voided — and stakes returned — in the following circumstances: event cancellation, walkover or no-contest, postponement beyond a specified timeframe, technical error resulting in incorrect market information, or any other circumstance where settlement cannot be reasonably determined. All void decisions are final.

Upon suspension, the Player's access to the Platform will be restricted and pending wagers may be voided. Nothing in this clause shall prevent the Company from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its Intellectual Property or to prevent irreparable harm.
